Shelly came by and went with Susie and I to the airport.  Left on time.  Had a long lay over in Minneapolis and a shorter one in Memphis.  Had an obnoxious boy sitting in front of me between Minn and Memphis.  Got in a little early.  Linda and Dale met me.  We arrived at 10:30 pm

Got most of my packing done then Nedra came and got me.  We ate lunch at the Village.  Sus. came and got me and then Nicole took me to R. City.  Her and Denetta shopped for their dorm room at Sylvan.  wee ate at a Chinese place. Took her things to her room and then she brought me back here to Susie's.  10:30 m. time - 12:30 my time.  Spent

Went to R. City today, had my hair done and Shelly had hers cut.  Shopped at Penny's and Walmart.  Went to Blue Bell, visited with Dorothy while Susie did her work.  Came home and ate.  Spent $21.70

It snowed last night 1/2 inch?  Took pictures with my camera of the 50th anniversary of the finishing Crazy Horse Face.  Quiet rest of the day.

Didn't do much today.  Nedra off today.  She went to have her hair cut and teeth cleaned.  Nicole came over for awhile.  Susie came home to do some work on the computer, as her computer in her office is down.  After Nedra came home, we went to the post office and then Susie went back to her office to work.

Nedra's off today, so I decided to go to the emergency room.  Ended up getting a bag of platelets, then went to a Mexican place to eat.

Didn't do much today.  My nose bled and I was miserable all day.

Today I went with Susie.  First to Sylvan store, corporate office, Game Lodge.  Had lunch.  Went to playhouse, then to Blue Bell and home.  Called Dorothy and said she'd go to the music show at the Village.  Had supper there and then saw the show.   Friday I got 2 bouquets of flowers.  Real pretty.

Today Nedra and I went to the Park after she had made 2 loaves of bread.  Saw Ruth.  Bought a book of Custer and some cards.  Then we went to Blue Bell to see how it has changed.  Saw Dorothy and Shelly.  Bought Mabel a jar of jelly.  Came home in time for Nedra to go to work.

Started working on one of the table toppers.  Nedra got off work and went and got Dorothy.   Brought her here.  We spent the evening visiting.  When Nedra got off at 9:00 pm she took Dorothy home.  Nedra went to the store 12:32.

Talked to Dorothy this morning.  We may go to Sylvan this afternoon.   Susie got home early, so when Nedra got home we went to Sylvan and visited with Terry until Susie got her work done.  Then we went to Blue Bell.  Saw Dorothy, Sue, Patricia, and Francis until Susie finished her work.  We ate at Blue Bell.  Susie took a tour, the wildlife loop and needles highway.  Saw deer, antelope, elk, buffalo, but no babies.

Nicole and I went to town today.  Had some tire work done for Susie's car.  Shopped at Walmart.  I got a white blouse and some shampoo, hangars for the girls.  Came to $22.35.  Went to the Firehouse to eat.  I had chicken strip and pot. salad.  Then went to Pennys and Nicole got her hair trimmed.

We went to Payless Shoe Store and I got 1 pair of shoes and 1 pair shoe laces.  Nicole got 4 pair.  Spent 14.82 + 22.35 + 33.95 = $71.12

Nice and quiet so far today.  So far no bleeding and no nerve pills.

After Nedra got off work today, we went to R. City.  Susie's coffee pot had quit working so we exchanged it for a new one.  I got me a white plastic chair to use while I'm here and then it will be Susie's.

We stopped at Sylvan, but Terry wasn't there.

Bought 2 boxes Kleenex, some coke and 7up, a can of coffee, and some rolls.  Also some cheese crackers.  Came to $33.95

Susie's house a mayhem for awhile.  Brian, Jeanette, and Nathan went to R. City while the rest got ready and went to Graduation, just across from Susie's.   I sat with Dorothy.  The gym was packed.  After grad. we all went to Craig's place, the Villages, to eat.  Had a good meal.  Buffet.  Craig paid.  Came back to Susie's.  Keith and Jane left as she has to work Monday (double time) then Nedra's kids left.

Left Nashville 5:30 pm.  Arrive in Rapid City - 9:32 pm.  No problems.  Nose stopped bleeding.  Susie, Nicole, Jane, Keith, Nedra, Greg, Brian, Jeanette, Nathan, and Darrell (a worker at Park) met me.

Left Jane's about 9:30 am their time to go to the airport.  Got my reservations O.K.  Sat and waited for plane as we were early.  Flight to St. Louis o.k.  Had a nice man seated next to me.  Had to wait on plane in St. Louis about 45 minutes to make sure everyone's luggage was on.  A nice lady sat next to me and she helped me off the plane.  I rode on a golf cart from plane to inside airport.  Dale and Linda were there to meet me.  I was about 25. minutes late.

Started packing today.  Packed some clothes - washed some and packed.

Rained all day and I layed around and rested.  Cindy came by and got the brochures Jane had picked up for her.

Got a call this morning from Don Adams?  His son found Jane's billfold and is sending it to her.

We left Susie's, went to Rapid City to Howard Johnson's Rest. and ate breakfast.  Jane got to see her old boss and a couple of people she worked with.  Then we went to Pierre.  I stayed in the car, while Keith went to his meeting.  Jane walked with him.  We then went over ad saw the Mickelson Memorial and I took some pictures of it.  It rained off and on all the way home.  Stopped and ate in Chamberlain at the A&W Root Beer.  Got home about 11:30 pm my time.

Today Jane and Keith took Susie to work, then they came back and went to the Chamber of Commerce to get pamphlets for Cindy (Jane's boss).  Jane and I went and got Susie.  I saw Mike Churchword and Pat.  We then went to Rapid City and got Dorothy.  The Dr. told her she could work, but not drive.  We went to Perkins for lunch  On the way home, we let Susie off at work and took Dorothy to Blue Bell.  Saw Darrell.  When we got to Susie's house Jane and Keith went to look for her billfold.  Craig called and he came and got me so I could see the difference in the Fort.  Nicole also called.  I stayed with Craig until 9:00 pm and time for Susie to be home. Nicole was at Susie's.   We visited until Susie and Rachel came home.  Rachel brought Susie home, then Rachel went to Sylvan.

Craig came over and brought the ham for dinner and Nicole came over too.  Jane, Susie, Nicole, and I went to see Dorothy at Blue Bell.  Saw Phil, Sue, Dorothy, Mike (maintenance), Patricia, and met the new manager Paula.
  Later this evening while everyone was napping Nicole and I went to see the Nielsons.  Rachel (Sylvan Lake) came over and visited.  Nicole brought Josh over to meet us.

We went to Susie's after Jane got off work today.  Got to Custer about midnight, Susie's time.

Went to see where Keith works.  Met one of his bosses, then went to the storage again.  She has decided to wait to have her yard sale.

Talked to Susie Sat. morning.  Sat. afternoon we went over to the storage and brought a car load of stuff back.  Jane is going to have a yard sale next weekend.

Trip to So. Souix City, Neb

Left Knoxville on time.  Met a Navy family stationed in Italy, Jackie and David, son Victor and daughter Katrina.  Enjoyed her visit.  Arrived St. Louis Gate 25.  Left for Omaha Gate 26 Motzerella Cheese

Arrived in Omaha, OK 15 minutes early.  Had car trouble on way to eat.  Car needed transmission fluid.  We at at Red Lobster.  Got to Janes bout midnight.

Jane worked at Groc store until noon.  Spent the day resting.

Came home.  Jim took me to the airport.  Jo got off work long enough to come see me off.  No problems at the airports.  Wheel chair waiting for me at Atlanta. Got home  Arrived in Knoxville 4:30 pm

This morning Jim and I went on a cruise on the Bayou.  Had breafast on the pontoon boat.  Tonight we go to the symphony.
Went to the symphony.  It was very good.

Jo back to work.  Talked to Linda today.  Made chicken and noodles for Jim for supper.  Jim and Jo went out to play pool with another couple and check out a job.  Think he will take it for awhile.

Jo didn't work today.  This afternoon we went for a drive around the museum area.  Jo had a Dr. appointment and Jim and I drove out to see Susannes house.  It is beautiful.  On the way home we picked up some Chinese food.

Jo didn't work.  We met Jim at the Cracker Barrel for lunch.  He got his job.  Starts next Mon. 12th.  Tonight we had company.  Susanne and Paul, Kerri and Jeff.  I taught Susanne to make cinnamon rolls.  Had a good time.

Jo to work.  Jim went job looking.  Tonight we went to the Olive Garden to eat.  It rained today.  Someplaces flooded, but not close here.  Jim thinks he has a job bar-tending.

Jo went to work and Jim had appointments.  Jo didn't feel good this evening.  We had chicken noodle soup for supper.

Jim and I had breakfast at the I-Hop.  Then took Jo her lunch.

Today Jim and I took Jo's lunch to her.  When Jo got home we talked to Nedra and Linda.  Then went to the Outback to eat.  It is an Australian restaurant.  We had steaks.  VERY good.

We went to Walgreens to get my medicine and they woldn't accept my ins. cards - so we went to Eckerds.   Found out that Tenneco has changed Ins. and my card was no good.  Had to pay for my medicine.  $5.49 for the blood pressure Med.  Going back tomorrow for the Potassium.  

We went to the Cracker Barrel for lunch and then to the Johnson Space Center.  It was very interesting but tiring.  Rode the tram.
